As part of its new wellness offering, Lifeworks wanted to add in snackable wellness content, the content was to different types of media delivered via the newsfeed on a daily basis to help users towards meaningful changes in their lives.
Creating a simple on boarding experience
A key part of the project was creating an onboarding experience that was quick and intuitive for the user while getting enough information to create a personalised plan for each user. To optimise the flow we created multiple prototypes and tested it with users.
For US Bank, the Daily Wellbeing program contributed to, 56% of employees reported improved productivity, 65% reduction in employee absenteeism, 69% of employees experienced reduced stress.
